EQT is a global independent energy company that focuses on several areas, including exploration and production (E&P) of oil and natural gas, midstream infrastructure, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and renewable energy through their EQT Renewables subsidiary. They have a presence across North America, Europe, and Asia. Their E&P operations are primarily concentrated in the Appalachian Basin (Marcellus Shale and Utica Shale plays) and the Permian Basin in the US.
